Shipping Policy

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received.

During holidays, promotional events, or periods of unusually high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer. We appreciate your patience and will always work to ship your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays

Occasionally, deliveries may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, customs processing, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen events.

Jaguar Whisper LLC is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, but we will gladly assist in resolving shipping issues whenever possible.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges required by their country.

Jaguar Whisper LLC is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or international import procedures.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please carefully review your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Jaguar Whisper LLC is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost during transit, please contact us as soon as possible at info@jaguarwhisper.com.

We will work with you and the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and help find an appropriate resolution.

Returns & Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident when shopping with Jaguar Whisper LLC. If there is ever an issue with your order, please contact us—we will do our best to make it right.

Return Eligibility

Unused, unopened, and undamaged products may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.

To be eligible for a return, products must:

Be unused and unopened.
Be in their original condition.
Be returned in their original packaging whenever reasonably possible.

Non-Returnable Products

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of Hapé or any other botanical product that has been opened after delivery.

This policy helps ensure the integrity, freshness, and safety of the products we provide to all customers.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery by emailing info@jaguarwhisper.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

Your order number.
A brief description of the issue.
Photographs of the product and packaging, when applicable.

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to our error or a damaged or defective product, Jaguar Whisper LLC will provide a prepaid return shipping label when a return is required.

For all other approved returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Your order number.
The item(s) you wish to return.
The reason for the return.

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning your item.

Order Changes & Cancellations

We begin processing orders quickly in order to provide fast shipping.

If you need to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
