Returns and Exchanges Policy
At Jaguar Whisper, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return and exchange policies below:
Items Eligible for Return
- All items, except Hapé, can be returned for store credit.
- Items must be unused and in the same condition as when they were received.
- Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving the item.
How to Request a Return
- Contact us at info@jaguarwhisper.com to request a return authorization.
- Include your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
Hapé Returns
- Due to health and safety concerns and to ensure the highest quality of our Hapé products, we cannot accept returns of Hapé.
- If there is an issue with the Hapé you received, please reach out to us at info@jaguarwhisper.com, and we will be happy to assist you.
