Practical Tips:


Self-Administration: Use a self-applicator pipe called a Kuripe.


Administered by Others: A trained person can administer it using a pipe called a Tepi.


Dosage: Start with a pea-sized amount, split between both nostrils. As you become more familiar with Hapé, you can adjust the dosage based on your needs and sensitivity.

I have been using hapé for many years and have never found anything that comes even close to the quality of these. They are sourced directly from the indigenous makers of the hapé. They are very fresh. And they are very strong. I have used several of the varieties offered (probably most of them) and cannot recommend them highly enough.
